Welcome to Equus Local!
We were so excited to be able to launch Equuslocal.com at the Equus Fest East festival on Saturday! Launched as a breakout from iHearthudsonvalley.com, Equus Local is meant to showcase the local horse scene, where ever you might be. So, while we are starting in the tri-state NY area, we envision the site expanding past those areas as well. Our goal is to give people a centralized place to find great local stables, instructors, jobs, tack, horses, organizations, related businesses, news, and events.
We also plan to feature local places doing interesting things and invite you to share your favorite places and why with us as a consideration! Just email us at in**@eq********.com with their contact info & your own and a brief reason why you think they would be a great feature. Our goal, like on iHeart Hudson Valley, is always to promote local and build our community!
As a reminder, every new sign-up receives 3 free ads as a welcome gift, and you can use one of your free ads for a 6-month directory listing in either the general directory (stables, businesses, services) or the instructor directory.
