There is nothing better than a good trail ride! Growing up in rural western PA, I was lucky enough to be able to hop on my horse, hit the road, and go just about wherever I felt like going. Living here in the Hudson Valley, it’s not quite the same. So, I decided to start the Equus Local Trail Directory!

I’m kicking it off with a short compilation of public trails in the area you can take your horse to for trail riding. Some are free, some require fees or membership. Over time I will keep adding to the directory as I find new places, and I am asking all our followers to use the “ADD PUBLIC TRAIL” button to submit any trails they may know of that we don’t have listed.

Now on to the list!
