 with the horses through body language\, breath\, energy\, and intention. E
 ach retreat unfolds uniquely as participants and horses shape their own re
 lationships.\n\nYou learn to:\n\n• Exchange greetings and communicate in
 tentions\n• Observe herd dynamics\, including interactions between mothe
 rs and foals\n• Ask for space without creating fear or disconnection\n
 • Support a nervous or uncomfortable horse\n• Invite a horse to walk o
 r rest with you\n• Move quietly through the herd without disturbing them
 \n\nTime is also spent on Omega’s campus\, where Jenn leads mindfulness 
 practices\, gentle movement\, journaling\, and group discussions. These se
